Are there places in Tokyo, Japan where I can get a ring custom made?

I designed a ring a little while ago, and it actually looks so pretty that I want to get it custom made. Somewhere that can make it using blue and clear crystals. I don't want to order it online and I don't want it to be overly expensive. If you could let me know, thanks. :)
