My webcams not working?

This always happens I dont know why but my laptop says my camera is not found and i just downloaded another webcam but its doesnt show me camera. My webcam that came with my laptop is called Acer Crystal Eye Webcam. How can I install my camera again? Not software but camera. Thanks :)
