Boys/Girls does he like me or as a friend?

In School he would always sit behind me and play with my hair? and when tell him to stop he would pop my bra strap ..didnt really bother me until he started sitten on my desk then sitten in my lap(awkward) we used to be really close outside of school until he started daten this girl tht i thought was my friend and she told him he wasnt allowed to talk to me:( so we got even closer during class and hugged me everyday in homeroom (stopped txting caws she reads his messages) until his friend told mary(his gf) so they started a rumor saying he was cheating on her (just caws we flirted) ...so the day he broke up with her i was the first person he told and now we text alot!! ............ but i just want to know if he likes me or if im just a flirt buddy or if its a joke or if he thinks of me as a close friend????
