Cant get my CAW to cash in the money in the bank that hes wan it just doesnt come up any advice?

ok so I`ve won the money in the bank in svr 2011 now like 5 times with my CAW but when i go to cash it in it just doesnt show or it comes up as a different wrestler any help?
