Freeview some channels dont show up when i auto tune, it was fine for 2 years till now?

itv1 channel 4 channel 5 E4 channel 4 +1 all just are gone , it goesd bbc1 bbc2 then bb3 then bb4 then pick tv.. it was fine, last night it said these prgrammes are not tuned but everything else is crystal clear and working ?
