I had a question for teen weight?

I weigh a good amount for 5"3, 120 pounds. Today Iv'e ate Breakfast+cereal peanut butter, For late lunch a bolonge sandwich for dinner popcorn chicken and potatoe wedgies. and 3 glasses of milk. V8 juice. and lots of water but only one without falvoring the flavoring is crystal light with 5 calories i danced i like to. i took ann hour walk. and a shorter one before that. I want to lose weight and I getting progress and before dinenr chef boyarddis beefaroni i know im sorry i lose food! and im 14 hahah am i doing to bad? any tips?
