I'm so bored, any tips on what I should do?

I live in an apartment building and its raining, I was going to go swimming today now I can't because of the weather, its so boring, I'm cooped up in an apartment all day, I have no friends to hang out with because they're busy. I don't drive and I can't go any where. any tips.
